Information we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, telephone), the content of enquiries and prayer requests, donation records where you give, and anonymised analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide pastoral and prayer support, administer donations and Gift Aid claims, send communications you have requested, and meet our legal and charitable reporting obligations.
Payments
Donations are processed by our regulated payment provider. Card details are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored by this website or the ministry's systems.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law or safeguarding duty.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for two years, prayer requests for twelve months, and donation records for seven years as required by HMRC and the Charity Commission.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing our office. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
