Safeguarding
The safety and dignity of every child and adult at risk in our care is a non-negotiable priority for the trustees, staff and volunteers of Kingdom Embassy Good News Church.

Our policy
We follow a written safeguarding policy reviewed annually by the trustees and aligned with Charity Commission guidance and statutory requirements in England and Wales.
Our people
Everyone working with children or adults at risk holds an enhanced DBS check, completes safeguarding training before serving, and refreshes that training every three years.
Reporting a concern
If you are worried about the welfare of a child or adult, contact our Safeguarding Lead, Ruth Kavanagh, at safeguarding@gracenations.org. Concerns are taken seriously, recorded confidentially and referred to statutory agencies where required.
In an emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, always call 999 first. You do not need our permission to contact the police or social services.
